Please see below for all information regarding standard rates and general conditions of sale.

Low Season: 15 October - 31 March
Mid Season: 1 April - 31 May and 6 September - 14 October (except public holidays, the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix where the high season rate applies.)
High Season: 1 June - 5 September

Rates are expressed on a per room per night basis with a maximum of 2 people per room and include breakfast. Rates are subject to VAT at a rate of 5.5%.

Rates for Weddings & Events
Rental rates for weddings and events include full privatisation of the venue i.e. the usage of all of the Bastide St. Mathieu’s rooms, grounds and facilities.

Rental rates are as follows and are subject to 5.5% VAT:

• Weekly rentals from 8, 000 to 15,000 Euros
• Weekend rentals (3 days/ nights) from 6,000 to 12,000 Euros
• Mid week rates by arrangement
  

Private Rental Rates
The entire property including all of its rooms, grounds and facilities is available for private rental. Rates below include a housekeeper on duty 6 hours a day to look after and clean the house and linen. Additional personnel and services are available; please see Facilities & Services for more details.

Rates are as follows and are subject to 5.5% VAT:

• High Season: €15,000 per week
• Mid Season: €12,000 per week
• Low Season: €9,000 per week, €2,000 per night (nightly available rental in low season only)

General conditions of sale

Confirmation
All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full credit card details. A deposit may be required for longer rentals.

Cancellations
50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged for a cancellation received less than 31 days prior to the anticipated date of arrival. In the event of a cancellation less than 5 days or a no-show, 100% of the value of the whole stay will be billed.

Interrupted Stay
If for any reason you have to leave unexpectedly before the scheduled date of departure, the total value of the remainder of the reservation will be billed.

Time of Arrival
All reservations are kept open until 6 pm. Please let us know beforehand if you will be arriving after 6pm.

Departure/Arrival
Rooms should be vacated by 12 noon. If you wish to prolong your stay beyond midday, please contact us to see if this is possible. Rooms are available from 3pm onwards. However, we will do our very best to ensure that they are ready earlier, if possible.

Booking Policy
The Bastide st Mathieu is officially classed as a Chambre d'Hote (the French equivalent of a B&B). Therefore only five rooms can be rented at any one time.
